Students are assigned to the Opportunity School upon the recommendation of a school committee. Opportunity School is administered under the authority of the Alpine County Office of Education and the County Superintendent serves as the administrator. Curriculum is defined by the Alpine County Unified School District and Education Code 51225.3.
